Refunds Policy.
Footwear/Clothing:
Refunds are not issued unless there is a manufacturer's defect. However, if an item does not fit, it may be returned in good condition and its original packaging for an exchange with any item in the store. If an exchange is not feasible, a credit note will be provided, redeemable at any time.
Handbags:
Full refund for Manufacturers defect only within 7 days of purchase for items valued $1000 and above - receipt must be presented
Return Policy.
Once an item is purchased by any third party, especially for presents, it can be exchanged for other items or a credit note, as long as it is returned in the same condition it was sold (tags intact, etc.), original receipt must be presented.
